THE COW IN THE HOUSE IS IN THE FRIDGE
DORDRECHT MUSEUM, EXHIBITION

In a bygone era, cows and humans dwelled in close proximity, sharing a living space that exemplified a profound connection between species. However, as time progressed, we have witnessed a transformation in our treatment of these gentle creatures, relegating them to colossal sheds, hidden away from our view while concurrently modifying them to produce unprecedented quantities of milk. In this paradigm, they have become mere components within a larger industrial framework. This begs us to ponder: Has a cow been reduced to nothing more than an object for human exploitation within a system?
